Citavi - Reference Management
Citavi, a program for literature management and knowledge organization, is licensed for MUL members.
- The software can be installed locally on a computer (Windows only).
- NEW: The programme can also be used in the cloud (also Mac).
Users can simply log in via https://citaviweb.citavi.com/start and get started with Citavi Web.

After installation, create your citavi account.
Registration: email address and password
Renewal of your account
After notification of the license extension to your email address, use the link provided to activate your new license and log into your Citavi account.
IMPORTANT: For authentication, you must use an email address from the Montanuniversität Leoben, the Materials Center Leoben MCL or the Polymer Competence Center Leoben PCCL. (… @unileoben.ac.at; ... @stud.unileoben.ac.at; … @pccl.at; … @mcl.at).
The campus license allows all users to install Citavi on two computers or on one computer and a USB stick.
